The difference in these chatbots are:

The flow builder chatbot is built based on a dialog flow.  It’s programmed to ask questions and provide information based on the response to those questions.  This can include asking about business hours, location information, a list of products and service to sending an email.  The bot will ask questions and will direct you to the appropriate information within or can forward you users to a certain page depending on the response.  This bot operates in a flow like mode.

The AI ChatGPT style chatbot will answer questions based on some information it’s been ‘trained’ with, but will also answer questions about virtually anything else you ask it as well with having an open dialog with your website visitor.  This can be good or bad as it can provide information about competitors that you may not want to disclose to your visitor.  For instance, if you own a restaurant and the visitor has been talking about your restaurant and then asks the bot “What are some other good places to eat at in City, State?” then it will provide a list of other restaurants in the area, but will always recommend yours first over the others but will still provide the OTHER information to your visitor.
